What are the actual ingredients of Heantos?

There are 13 different plants and herbs in the Heantos4 formula. Most of them can be found widely, but there are some herbs and plants that are indigenous to Vietnam.

Radix Codonopsis – Bonnet Bellflower, Dangshen, Dang Shen, poor man's ginseng.

Gelatinum asini – E Jiao. Gelatin glue made of the hide of Equus Asinus L. donkey.

Ophiopogon japonicus – Mondo grass, Fountain plant, monkey grass; Mai Men Dong, “dragon's beard” or “snake's beard”.

Astragalus membranaceus – Huang Qi, “yellow senior”.

Glycyrrhiza uralensis – Chinese licorice, Gan Cao.

Angelica sinensis – Dong quai, Chinese angelica root, tong-kui, tang kuei, “female ginseng”.

Rehmannia glutinosa – Chinese foxglove, Sheng Di Huang, “Fresh Earth Yellow”.

Stephania – Aristolochia fangchi, Fang Ji, Guang Fang Ji, Mu Fang Ji.

Zingiber officinale – Ginger, Jiang, Ganjiang.

Cinnamomum cassia – Cassia cinnamon, Rou Gui, Chinese Cassia Bark, Canton Cassia.

Zizyphus sativa – Semen Ziziphi Spinosae, Suanzaoren, Zao Ren, Suan Zao Ren, Spina Date seed, sour jujube seed.

Ziziphus jujuba – Da Zao, Suanzaoren, Zao Ren, Rhamnus zizyphus, Spina Date Seed, Chinese/Korean/Indian Date, red date, black date, sour jujube, juju be.

Polygalae tenuifolia – Polygala, Yuan Zhi, Chinese Senega.



That’s all of the ingredients. There are no narcotics or psychotropics in Heantos4, and nothing toxic, addictive or dangerous in the ingredients. There have been no reports internationally of any interaction of Heantos4 with any drugs or supplements.
